This package is for the client who has most of the event details planned and is looking for us to come in and help finalize the details and assist with day of management.
This will be when we virtually meet you for the first time and gather all the information we need for your event. It is a great time for us to get to know each other and your overall vision for the day.
We will reach out to all vendors/family members in charge of bringing various pieces needed throughout the day. We will confirm arrival times, quantities of items, and any applicable pick up/end of vendor service times.
Not quite sure how the layout of your event should be? Tables, chairs, memorial photos, florals, etc all need to be perfectly placed to bring your vision together and bring cohesion to the space. We are here to help you create that!
In our final call we will go over the event in its entirety from start to finish. From the moment we arrive until when we leave and your event has finished, we will bring you along the timeline we created together and go through every step ensuring a smooth event day.
In order for you to prepare for your day, our team will do all the heavy lifting for you! From linen placement to decor, photo set up to floral placement we will have it covered!
Vendors, family members and friends that will be be participating in your event will be greeted by our team upon arrival. We will assist them with direction for where they are to set up, drop of items, or any other questions they may have.

Most of your vendors have been booked but you are looking for a couple more to complete your event? We have a fantastic group of vendors we work with that are able to help! If none of them are the right fit, we will broaden our search and find the perfect final vendor or two for you!
Programs, pamphlets, memoirs and more, our team is right at your fingertips to assist you with designing and printing all of your paper product needs.
Our team has the capability to create and assist with day of management of your slideshow for your. Prior to the slideshow viewing, all of the photos that you would like compiled in a slideshow will be dropped into a Google Drive folder and we will take it from there. Before the event it will be sent to you for a review and approval.

Finding the perfect venue for your event takes time and research. With our resources we are able to help guide you with narrowing down what venue will work best for your event. We will tour up to 3 venues in person with you!
Creation and distribution of invitations are one less item that are on your to do list! Simply input whether you wish to send out your invitations digitally or physically, input the guest list and information and your team will do the rest.
Once we have your venue picked out, and invitation creation has begun, we will be in the full swing of planning your event. We will go through a concise yet in depth list of every decision that needs to be made between now and your event. We will have 2 virtual meetings to update the progress and answer any questions you may have.
Catering, floral design, decor and more we will go through every vendor you will need for your event. Some venues do include rentals, catering, etc and other times family or friends will step in to assist. We are here to help coordinate everyone that will be helping on the day of your event.

It will really depend on which package you have chosen and how much information you will have for us! Typically our intake calls take anywhere form 30 minutes to 1 hour.
You will have unlimited email communication access with the Tailored Tributes team! As we near your event date, we will be communicating frequently and we want to make sure we have all your details captured so we can be as prepared as possible. Day of you will have unlimited text and phone communication leading up to and during the event.
Yes, we can create customized decor to match the theme of your event. From floral arrangements to custom backdrops, we can bring your vision to life.Depending at where you are in the planning stages, we would love to have anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months notice but we work with whatever timelines are given to us! We are able to pull together events relatively quickly if there is flexibility given.
Our team will be onsite for a total of 8 hours. You are more than welcome to add additional hours a la carte if your event set up, duration and break down will take longer than the allotted time!
Yes! Our team has decor inventory that our clients can utilize for their decor at no additional cost. From lanterns to glass hurricanes for candles, votives to table runners and more, we have decor for almost every theme, color scheme and palette for our clients.
